The mission of Tanner-Williams Elementary School is to provide a quality education that ensures all students reach their potential so that they may succeed in life.  This will be done with assistance, support, and involvement of parents and community.

The purpose of the Mobile County Public School System is to equip and empower college and career ready graduates.

As an ideal Tanner Williams student, I am responsible for myself. I am responsible by attending school regularly, And being on time, Doing my best work, and Asking for help when needed. I am fair and courteous. I respect others, their property, and Practice safety at all times. Today I will be a successful Tanner-Williams student, because STUDENTS + TEACHERS + PARENTS = SUCCESS
